From September 10 to 12, 2025, the 26th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE) was successfully held at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Nanjing GuoZhao Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. made a distinguished appearance with the theme “Display the Future, Seeing is Believing”, presenting a full lineup of innovative products and becoming one of the most eye-catching exhibitors at the show.
With two elaborately designed booths, the company delivered a spectacular visual technology experience for visitors. Over 3,000 professional visitors attended the booth during the three-day exhibition, achieving a new record in the company’s exhibition history.
In Hall 8 – Infrared Technology and Applications Hall, GuoZhao displayed 11 silicon-based OLED microdisplay products ranging from 0.2 to 1.3 inches. Featuring high brightness, high resolution, low power consumption and adaptable refresh rates, these products satisfy diversified application requirements in night vision observation, EVF, AR/VR and other fields.
Key new products on display:
0.2-inch model: Resolution 640×480, color brightness up to 6000 nits, monochrome green/red brightness over 10000 nits, designed for laser ranging and AR information indication.
0.37-inch model: Resolution 1280×1024, pixel pitch 5.67μm, MIPI interface. When equipped with a 20× eyepiece for night vision sights, it provides clear, mosaic-free imaging.
0.6-inch model: Resolution 800×600, RGB interface, supporting 25Hz low refresh rate and 100Hz high refresh rate for various application scenarios.
0.65-inch model: Resolution 2560×1440, pixel pitch 5.67μm, MIPI interface, maximum brightness ≥6000 nits. Compatible with pancake and Birdbath optical modules, this flagship product combines high brightness, low power consumption and cost efficiency, making it ideal for high-end AR/VR devices.
1.3-inch model: Resolution 3840×3552, pixel pitch 6.3μm, MIPI interface, specially developed for VR/MR devices. Demonstrated with a Pancake optical module, it offered an immersive experience at the exhibition.
GuoZhao’s silicon-based OLED microdisplays are widely used in helmet-mounted displays, night vision systems, AR/VR and other fields, reflecting the company’s profound accumulation and outstanding achievements in microdisplay technology.
On the afternoon of September 10, GuoZhao Optoelectronics held a well-received new product launch event at the booth. Mr. Chen Chen, Chairman of the company, and Mr. Yang Jianbing, General Manager, jointly unveiled the new HD030 Series Head-Mounted Display.
This head-mounted display features a maximum in-eye brightness of ≥1000 nits, full-color imaging, high transparency (transmittance ≥85%), and ultra-light weight (total weight ≤70g). Powered by latest 0.3-inch OLED microdisplay, it achieves 1280×720 resolution, maximum brightness ≥10000 nits, and pixel pitch of 5.22μm, developed specifically for compact AR modules.
The full-color display delivers vivid and realistic visuals; high transparency enables natural integration of real and virtual scenes for stronger immersion; high brightness ensures clear visibility even in strong sunlight; and the lightweight design greatly improves wearing comfort and portability.
Upon its launch, the product received strong attention from the industry, and numerous attendees expressed high expectations for its market prospects.
