At its booth, Guozhao Optoelectronics prominently showcased a series of silicon-based OLED microdisplays tailored for the AR and VR sectors, including its 020 series, 030 series, 061 series, 065 series, and 1.3 series. These microdisplays integrate CMOS technology with OLED technology, utilizing single-crystal silicon as the active-matrix driving backplane. Combining the advantages of OLED—such as fast response times, wide viewing angles, and low power consumption—these displays achieve an active-matrix addressing scheme for pixels. They also integrate driver control circuits incorporating multiple functions like SRAM memory and T-con, which reduces the need for external connections in devices, thereby enhancing reliability and portability. The pixel size is merely one-tenth that of traditional display devices, offering significantly higher precision. For example, certain products within the 030 series boast a resolution of 1280×720 and achieve a pixel density exceeding 4800 ppi, delivering an exceptionally clear visual experience for users.

Another star product from Guozhao Optoelectronics at the expo, the GZ030MCC01 array optical waveguide module, also drew large crowds. This module employs a vertical waveguide structure and a multi-piece aspherical design, effectively minimizing its footprint. It features a field of view (FOV) of 30°, an optical engine volume of less than 3cc, and a total weight of just 10g. The color luminance at the eye reaches an impressive 1000 cd/m². Combined with its compact size and exceptional low-power performance, it provides an outstanding solution for terminal devices like AR glasses. Whether for outdoor navigation guidance or information prompts in complex environments, this module guarantees clear and bright display performance.
